KIM THE ENTREPRENEUR AND SPEAKER
I am an ICF certified coach for individuals and groups with over 2000 hours of coaching under my belt. I began as a C-level transformative coach for executives and teams, a calling I still love to this day. I have built corporate coaching programs and retreats for C-teams and coached CxOs for over four years after leaving my own role as CEO in my previous business.
I discovered my passion for coaching men through my own journey of healing, both from the trauma experienced during childhood as well as my own interpersonal relationships.
As a female coach for men, I offer a unique perspective and approach to men's mental health, With compassion, curiosity and a deep respect for personal experiences, my goal is to create a supportive environment for men to explore their fears, vulnerabilities and aspirations.
As a successful business owner in Germany, I spent much of my time negotiating with men. Both my journey through the corporate world and my own interpersonal experience with the men in my life has equipped me with firsthand insights into the pressures men face. It was through these experieinces that I found my passion to speak about men's mental wellness and emotional openness and the role women and society as a whole plays in the current state of affairs.
I am an active speaker on the topics of masculinity and vulnerability, exploring how these elements interact with the evolving roles of women in both professional and personal spheres. I aim to be disruptive, encouraging my audiences to reflect and discuss their thoughts and concerns that arise from my talks in a healthy and constructive manner.
My talks are eye-opening and sometimes heartbreaking stories of loneliness, mental illness and fear and how we can support those in need through compassion and open dialogue to embrace change.
